Every Bahiye Fashions
garment is made to order. Most garments have been hand painted or have
other special features. Because we pride ourselves on providing the
best merchandise possible, we do not rush the manufacturing process.
How soon can I
expect to receive my order?
These items are made to order.
Please allow about 7 to 10
days for your order to be ready for shipment.
What is your
size information?
All dress and pants are one size fits most, sizes 2 - 8, (90 - 160 lbs.) except for
our jeans.
Jeans are all Brazilian cut and come in sizes small, medium and large..
Most dresses can be made with extra length for an
additional charge.

Do you carry
plus sizes?
At this time Bahiye Fashions does not carry plus sizes.
What colors can
I order?
For now fashions are only available in the color shown in the picture.
How do I care for my garment once I receive it?
Bahiye Fashions garments need to be washed by hand. If the garment is hand painted and the paint needs to be cleaned you can use a soft cloth or a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the paint

Shipping charges are based on the subtotal price of your order.
All
garments from Bahiye Fashions are shipped separately from all other product
lines we carry.
How do you
ship?
We use
UPS, which will not deliver, to P.O. boxes. All orders are labeled "signature required" to
help protect both of us. Shipping days are Monday through Friday only.
Weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days by UPS.

payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We also accept checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank.
How will my
charge card be billed?
For more discretion your charge card will be billed under
"Affections Gifts and Cards" NOT
Bahiye Fashions.
If you're sending a check or money order you need to make it out to
Affections.
Do you really
need my email address and phone?
Yes, at times we may need more information on items you have ordered, so
to assure what you get is what you wanted a phone number and valid email address are necessary.

comments, and concerns. You can contact us

Our e-mail lists are kept in house and will NEVER be sold to outside
entities or businesses. Your credit card numbers, billing address, and
other personal data are accessed only by our employees, and only for
business related reasons. All order information is kept on a secure
facility and not on our web servers. If there are any questions about an
order, we will contact you via email or phone, and we will not process
your credit card until we are sure of the validity of the order. If
there is ever any suspicion of fraud or negligent use of credit cards,
we work hand-in-hand with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover's fraud departments. We will also involve local and/or federal
authorities in the event that action is warranted.
Do you ship
outside the United States?
Not at this time.
How can I place
an order?
If you
choose to place your order on-line, simply use our shopping cart. Once
your order is sent, you will receive an electronic receipt via the
web and will see a confirmation screen thanking you for your order.
You will also get a confirmation of your order via email from our office. If
you choose to place your order off-line, simply print out your order
form, fill in your information and then send your order with payment
to us via mail or fax. You can find this information at the bottom
of this page.
Is there
currently a catalog for Bahiye Fashions?
No, we do not have a mail order catalog. Bahiye Fashions designers are always
coming up with new designs and we feel that a printed catalog would be
outdated by the time it arrives in your mailbox. The internet is the
first medium that can keep up with the speed of our trend setting ways.
What is your
return policy?
Because of health regulations, undergarments are not
returnable unless defective. All other orders can be returned within 20 days from the date of your
invoice and must be shipped back in the original packaging and must
still have all labeling still intact on the garment. Clothing that has
been worn will not be accepted. If a return is required, you must
email us within the time frame of your invoice for a return number.
Any product that is sent back without authorization will not be accepted. Shipping
charges are not refundable. Please
